Boxing Level 1

All levels welcome

Learn the fundamentals of boxing alongside both seasoned fighters & complete beginners alike

Build your cardiovascular endurance with a variety of combinations and drills

Build hand speed, footwork, hand eye coordination, and reflexes

Torch body fat in this full body workout.

Boxing Level 2

Must have at least some martial arts experience to attend this class.

Learn how to throw clean punches both to head & body

Hone your defensive skills with reaction drills

Classes consist of heavy bag work, partner drills, mitt work and technical sparring.

Develop your own style as you blend together both the offense and defensive techniques learned in the our advanced boxing class.

Kickboxing

All levels welcome

Learn the fundamentals of kickboxing alongside both seasoned fighters and beginners alike.

Build your cardiovascular endurance with a variety of combinations of drills utilizing both hands and kicks.

Torch body fat in this full body workout.

Kickboxing Level 2

Must have at least some martial arts experience to attend this class.

Learn how to utilize all 8 limbs of Thai Boxing: Hands, elbows, knees and shins.

Classes consist of solo drills, heavy bag work, partner drills and technical sparring

Develop your own style as you progress on your kickboxing journey in this exciting advanced standup class.

Jiu Jitsu (Mixed Levels)

All levels welcome. NoGi Jiujitsu (No kimono; simply wear dry fit/rash guard tops, shorts & and or leggings.) Learn how to grapple from the feet to the ground utilizing leverage to overcome opponents into submission. Hone your offensive & defensive grappling skills to defend yourself either on the street or in the ring/cage/mat. Classes consist of cardio endurance, body weight strength training, Jiujitsu techniques, wrestling techniques & live rolling (sparring). No ego, no politics. Let’s grow together.
